This
 tutorial consists of three parts. In the first part (Step 1- Step 27) 
we are going to create 2D Heart full with transparent shapes in Adobe 
Illustrator. 
 
In the second part (Step 28- Step 44) we’ll exercise the creation of 
gorgeous 3D purple heart with ornaments, using the 3D options of Adobe 
Illustrator. 
 
In the third part (Step 45- Step 99) we are going to create a beautiful 
background using Fuzzball Brush and Glowing Edges Filter in Adobe 
Photoshop. To decorate the heart and add glowing metal parts to the 
image, we’ll use this <a href="http://www.pxleyes.com/images/contests/parking-meter/fullsize/sourceimage.jpg">source image by Jawshoewah</a>. 
 
All CS versions of Illustrator and Photoshop programs are applicable.

This tutorial shows the step by step process to turn a normal photo of a
 wood stock into a wooden dragon image, just by using creativity and 
some intermediate technical knowledge. 
 
You'll learn how to transform a photo of a bunch of wood nto a fantasy 
image of a wooden dragon. Some intermediate photoshop knowledge is 
required to follow this tutorial. 
 
I've used photoshop CS5 to create this image. 
 
The only source used was the image <a href="http://www.pxleyes.com/images/contests/to-burn/fullsize/sourceimage.jpg">'To Burn'</a> provided by pxleyes.

but you can create this kind of images even when u use very early 
versions of photoshop. 
 
 I will mention the shortkeys of the tools when there are any so you can
 get familiar with those too. I shall describe how to use move tool, 
lasso tool, warp, transform and free transform, type tool, burn and 
dodge, color adjustments, brightness/contrast and more.
